We divide our process into four stages:
Phase 1: Start-up preparations (steps 1 to 3)
Step 1. Introduction and customer experience
We always start with a thorough discussion. What do you sell, through which channels, and how do you want your customer to experience the moment they unpack their parcel? Think of a bespoke box, a card, or other value-added services that make your parcel unique. Based on this, we draw up a bespoke plan, with no surprises later on.
Step 2. IT integration between your online shop and our WMS
We integrate your online shop or ERP directly with our warehouse management system. This means every new order is automatically entered into our system, without you having to manually retype anything. Do you use Shopify, WooCommerce, Bol.com, or another platform? We’ve almost certainly built the integration before.
Step 3. Customs clearance and documentation (optional)
Do you also sell outside the EU, or do you import stock from outside Europe? If so, we’ll take care of the customs paperwork and clearance for you, ensuring your goods enter the warehouse without delay and parcels can cross the border.
Phase 2: Receipt and Storage (Steps 4 & 5)
Step 4. Receipt of Your Goods
Is your stock arriving? Upon receipt, it is immediately checked and recorded in our system. You can see right away what has arrived, without having to count or manage anything yourself.
Step 5. Storage and Inventory Management
Your products are assigned a fixed location in our warehouse, suitable for the volume and type of product, including special arrangements for larger batches. We register everything in real-time, ensuring your inventory levels are always accurate and you are never caught off guard during a peak.taan bij een piek.
Phase 3: Order Processing (steps 6 to 8)
Step 6. Order Processing: Picking & Packing
As soon as an order comes in, our packers retrieve the products from the shelf and package them according to your preferences. Discover how we set up order processing for your webshop, from standard packaging to a fully branded unboxing experience.
Step 7. Shipping Your Packages
Ordered before 9:30 PM? Then the package will go out the same day. We ship via PostNL, DHL, UPS, or our own transport, selecting the best and fastest option for each shipment. We also arrange shipping to international destinations for you.
Step 8. Returns Processing
Is a package being returned? We receive it, check the products' condition, and restock them in your inventory. Read how our returns processworks and how quickly your customer receives a new shipment or refund.
Phase 4: Insight and Growth (Step 9)
Step 9. Dashboard and Reporting
Through our dashboard, you can monitor your inventory, outstanding orders, and shipments at any time. No separate Excel file or phone call needed: you always have the overview, and we actively think along with you based on those same figures about how you can continue to grow.
